The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Position Summary

The Senior Director of Strategy is a system-level leader responsible for driving enterprise strategic planning growth priorities and long-term positioning for the health system. This role leads high-impact strategic initiatives provides market and portfolio insights partners with operational executives to translate strategy into execution and ensures alignment across clinical service lines hospital and ambulatory networks.

The Senior Director collaborates closely with the VP of Clinical Innovation and reports directly to the Vice President/ Chief of Staff for the organization as a key member of their leadership team. The role will lead a multi-functional team and lead through influence across the organization building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and with external partners.

The Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and plays a central role in shaping the organizations future direction amid rapid changes in healthcare delivery payment models and competitive dynamics.
