The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior or Support Worker (depending on experience) with a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our supported living service in Hailsham. This service will provide life-changing person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

(Male Applicants only under an exemption from the Equality Act 2010 Section 9 Part 1 (A) as a genuine occupational requirement)

Who We Are Looking For

Senior Support Worker or Support Worker
Experience as a Senior / Support Worker in a learning disability or complex needs setting
Someone creative resilient and passionate about making a difference

Must have a valid manual drivers licence

About the Role

As our Senior / Support Worker you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual with a fantastic and silly sense of humour. They love the outdoors playing ball games trampolining and having picnics and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe structured and engaging environment.

Fixed & Predictable Working Pattern

An average 27 hours per week
