Position Highlights:
Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends or call)

Hands-on surgical experience in a leading regional hospital
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient neurosurgeryconsults and follow-ups(average 4 per day; volume varies).
Serve asfirst assist in the operating room primarily responsible forassistingwith procedures and performing wound closure.
Participate inoutpatientclinicfor pre- and post-operative patient management.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians nurses and ancillary staff to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Current certification as aPhysician Assistant (PA-C).
Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
New graduates are encouraged to apply- the practice provides comprehensive training and mentorship.
Strong communication teamwork and clinical assessment skills.
Interest in neurosurgery or surgical specialties preferred.
