Role Overview

We are looking for someone to join our team as we embark on aDevOps to DevSecOps transformation. Our team is working to empower all developers across TD to drive value for our colleagues and customers more effectively efficiently and with greater confidence in their solutions.

We build capabilities to accelerate thousands of software engineers and lead execution and adoption ofmodern DevSecOps principles practices and pipelines.

As aTechnical Product Owner & Engineer you will lead the creation of comprehensive end-to-end direction for our target-state DevSecOps pipeline and platform. You will be accountable for the product design and delivery of specific solutions in partnership with senior technical engineering staff.

You will describe requirements for our pipeline ecosystem ensuring adherence to engineering and architectural principles while meeting functional needs. You will also provide technical expertise with a focus onefficiency reliability scalability and security especially related to modern DevSecOps pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creation and delivery of endtoend pipeline solutions coordinating stakeholders and following a build it break it fix it mentality.
• Partner with stakeholders crossfunctional teams and engineering leads to develop and advance the future DevSecOps state and product capabilities.
• Break features intoEpicsandUser Stories define acceptance criteria and manage the squad backlog to deliver new capabilities in Agile sprints.
• Provide technical leadership for scrum teams proactively identifying and resolving issues while mentoring engineers of all levels.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure quality identify gaps and recommend design improvements.
• Identify recommend and implement improvements or solutions (buy/build/reuse) to enhance customer experience availability and/or reduce cost.
• Develop document and maintain technical solutions including architectural blueprints automation frameworks and integration with enterprise standards.
• Define and measure performance againstKPIs and metricsfor features automation and overall solution effectiveness.
• Champion DevSecOps maturity assessments continuous testing capabilities and adoption of automated pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Build strong relationships across technology business and control functions contributing to engineering practice through collaboration research and problemsolving.

Experience And/Or Education

• Undergraduate degree Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate
• Strong academic background (e.g. computer science engineering)
• Graduate degree nice to have
• 5-7 yearsof experience in DevSecOps DevOps or related fields with strong focus on security automation and pipeline solutions
• 3 yearsin product management or development using Agile methodologies
• 810 yearsin technical leadership roles particularly in Infrastructure Automation
• Proven track record designing and implementing automation pipeline and security solutions
• Deep knowledge of security tools (SAST DAST SCA) Cloud (Azure On-Prem GCP) CI/CD systems (Jenkins Ansible GitHub Actions/Workflows) and IaC (Terraform)
• System Administrative knowledge of Red Hat OS Windows OS Containers Kubernetes
• Familiarly of Enterprise grade Middleware and Database products
• Hands-on expertise with test automation and build tools (Jenkins Git GitHub Configuration Management tools such as Ansible SaltStack Chef Puppet)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with cloud and containerization concepts
• Strategic understanding of smart home IoT or enterprise platform technologies (for broader product owner roles)
