Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Technical Architect Lead
As a Technical Architect Lead you will lead the technical delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives including software implementations support and enhancements across ERP Cloud RPA Analytics AI and Integrations. Serve as a strategic technical leader guiding architecture solution design and execution across global platforms

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for transformation initiatives enhancements and incident management.
Drive business requirements gathering solution design testing cutover strategy migration and deployment.
Evaluate software solutions from an architectural perspective.
Own technical delivery for global implementations and platform enhancements.
Serve as the technical solution architect for systems strategy implementation optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with Vendor and Project Managers in Project Planning and Delivery taking accountability for technical delivery.
Define and guide integration strategies across internal and external systems.
Manage the requirements intake process ensuring adherence to SOPs.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and design specifications.
Facilitate Cloud Applications release meetings with business teams and vendors.
Lead incident resolution and support audit and compliance activities.
Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure timely technical delivery of IT projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable technical solutions.
Act as the technology point of contact driving prioritization and backlog execution.
Manage external service providers through KPIs and SLAs.
Provide technical insights to support project planning resource allocation risk management and change management.
Lead delivery of system enhancements and ongoing support.
Drive reporting using Salesforce internal tools and external reporting platforms.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant experience in technical architecture and delivery.
Hands-on experience with ERP Cloud RPA Analytics AI and Integrations.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions on AI agents from architecture and implementation perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Diverse functional domain experience preferred
Experience with a wide variety of enterprise applications.
