The Inside Sales Administrator will provide administration and support to the Sales/Service/Production teams for AfterMarket Service (AMS) Rentals & SFI Frac.
Key Position Functions:
- Complete Repair and Production documents and process within the SAP system
- Support AMS Rentals by ensuring material/equipment documentation and records are maintained in SAP
- Assist with incoming inquiries/orders/requests from Internal and External customers
- Provide administrative support to Manager Sales Service Purchasing and related Branches
- Responsible for ensuring that the SFI Document Management System digital and physical files are maintained and up-to-date
- Provide support of AMS Rentals tool returns repairs and ensure that documentation is accurately processed
- Enter purchase orders into SAP for Inside sales and Service
- Reconcile bill of ladings/freight bills and facilitate internal processes
- Reconcile contract documentation and assist in in AR/AP process
- Assist with HSE and daily inspection records management
- Setup and maintain training files for Rental and Service staff
- Complete daily weekly and bi-weekly time entry and processing for AMS Rentals and Service staff
- Complete monthly reconciliation of fuel records and statements
- Coordinate uniform and coverall delivery and billing
- Assist in maintaining office stationery and supply levels
- Assist with hotel bookings and travel as needed
- Perform other related duties as required
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Minimum of 3 years office administration experience working in the oil & gas industry or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook SharePoint Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be an asset
- Strong communication (oral and written). time management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated good organizational abilities and able to work independently
- Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
