At our patient-centered practice float team members play a critical role in keeping clinics running smoothly. This is more than coverage its an opportunity to build diverse clinical experience and be a valued part of a collaborative healthcare team.

What Youll Do

Obtain and document vital signs patient histories and visit information
Assist providers during patient visits and procedures
Support accurate clinical documentation and care coordination
Prepare clean and stock exam rooms to ensure readiness
Travel between clinic locations based on operational needs
Adapt quickly to different workflows while maintaining consistent standards of care
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow

What You Bring

Active EMT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility reliability and comfort working across multiple locations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-based clinical environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Prior experience in an outpatient or clinic setting
