You will be the creative engine driving a mission to make city recreation accessible and spontaneous. Bridging strategy and execution you will translate founder visions into scroll-stopping content and high-energy campaigns. You will manage a consistent marketing rhythm leading production efforts to tell a compelling brand story that moves people.

What you will do:

Co-create and execute multi-channel campaign briefs storyboards and scripts alongside the founding team.
Manage the full content production lifecycle including a consistent weekly calendar of reels stories and project updates.
Drive the internal marketing cadence to ensure all activations align with product timelines and performance goals.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in hands-on content production with the ability to plan direct and edit world-class material.
Strong creative strategist who can bridge the gap between high-level brand vision and daily social execution.
Energetic leader capable of mentoring junior creators while maintaining a fast-paced experimental marketing rhythm.
