Role: Night Patient Care Assistant
Location: My Pets Vets

Salary: 26437 pro rata to 15862.20 per annum

Job type: Permanent part-time

Hours: 24 hours per week; Wednesday & Thursday 7pm - 7am

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our friendly and welcoming night team.

Working alongside our dedicated and experienced night team your job responsibilities will include:

Assisting in theatre which would include cleaning and preparing theatres for surgical procedures
Cleaning and sterilising surgical instruments
Stocking consumables in preparation areas and assisting theatre staff
Providing inpatient care with the nursing team.

Candidates must be competent at handling a variety of species. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness across the hospital.

Experience as a Patient Care Assistant is preferred as this is a sole night PCA role.
