Job description
In the company NTS we create added value for our customers through a wide range of offered technologies. We deliver highly precise components modules and assemblies for leading OEM customers in the semiconductor and analytical industries. Two business units NTS Slavičín and NTS Brno operate in the Czech Republic as one entity and serve customers in Central Europe and beyond. We focus on the development and production of series with various technologies. By combining our expertise in engineering manufacturing supply chain management and precision assembly we help shorten lead times and ensure the quality our customers need.

With rapid growth in recent years and stable partnerships with our customers we have decided to expand our team. We are currently looking for a new colleague for the position of Project Manager.
Job Description
Your main task will be to manage projects for the introduction of new products from the acquisition phase to transfer to serial production.
Your tasks will include:
Managing projects for the introduction of new products from the acquisition phase to transfer to serial production
Achieving project goals within the specified budget time quality and scope
Coordinating activities of internal and external members of the project team suppliers and subcontractors
Managing and mitigating project risks
Communicating with key customers and other project stakeholders
Requirements
University degree in a technical field or relevant experience in a technological company
Previous experience in project management of at least 3 years
Proficiency in English at least at B2 level
Excellent communication skills
Assertiveness self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
Accountability for own work and its results
