Job Summary
Finance Specialist
We are looking for anexperienced Finance Specialistto join our finance team in Copenhagen. You will be a part of the finance function acrossIntellishore and Solita working closely with both local and group stakeholders.
The finance team is split between different offices in Denmark but this role will be anintegrated part of Intellishores officelocated near Svanemøllen Strand.
Are you our new Finance Specialist
As our new Financial Specialist you will take onindependent areas of responsibilityand become a key member of our professional finance team. You will work hands-on with daily operations while also contributing to the development and automation of our financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily finance operations including incoming and outgoing payments
- Processing purchase invoices and travel expenses
- Payroll preparation and other HR-related finance tasks
- Reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Monthly and annual closing processes
- Financial support and sparring with management at Intellishore and Solita
In thefirst half of 2026 Intellishore Group A/S is expected to migrate to theWorkday ERP system. You will play acentral and visible rolein this transformation working closely with Group finance leadership and other stakeholders. Automation is a high priority for us and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to optimizing and streamlining our internal processes.

What are we looking for in a Finance Specialist
We imagine that you:
- Have 5 years of experiencefrom a finance or accounting function
- Are comfortable working independently and take pride in delivering high-quality results
- Have solid experience withcomplexERP systems experience withWorkdayis a strong advantage but experience with complex systems such asBusiness Central SAP or similaris also highly valued
- Are proficient in Excel and familiar with payroll
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and ownership are key
- Hold a relevant educational background within finance accounting or economics
