Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams im Bereich Aftermarket Life Sciences suchen wir am Standort Haan einen engagierten Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) der unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten im Food-&-Beverage-Segment aktiv unterstützt und mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für den Aftermarket-Vertrieb (Filterelemente und Ersatzteile) im Bereich Life Sciences / Food & Beverage

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Area Sales Engineers zur optimalen Betreuung unserer Kunden

• Erstellung Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

• Selbstständige Preisentscheidungen innerhalb definierter Rahmenbedingungen

• Aktive Kundenkommunikation zur Bedarfsermittlung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

• Anlage und Bearbeitung neuer Leads sowie Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM-System

• Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen

• Sicherstellung eines professionellen und serviceorientierten Auftritts gegenüber Kunden

Ihre Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsinnendienst idealerweise in einem produzierenden oder technisch geprägten Unternehmen

• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens
