Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Salesforce Developer!
In this role we are looking for a SFDC developer to implement and enhance functionality in GRADE application and debug existing issues with the product. The candidate must be able to understand the requirements propose design and implement functionality. Must be able to work with new and existing codebase for data model workflows and rules. Familiarity with a variety of leasing and lending concepts practices and procedures is highly desirable. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities
Assist business stakeholders in the design functional implementation and support of Salesforce Applications.
Demonstrate understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.
Demonstrate understanding of Lightning Aura Framework Apex
Demonstrate experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Understand clients business pain points and offer solution to address leveraging platform/ offerings.
Provide experience in designing workflow rules/process builder to enforce business processes.
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related technical field.
Strong basic concepts data structures algorithms coding
Knowledge on Salesforce Development/Customizations Lightning Components (APEX AURA Visual Force Batch)
Good understanding of the Salesforce development life cycle
Basic software development knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with HTML/CSS/Java script
Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Familiarity with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
