You bridge the gap between talent and business objectives through personalized support and strategic advocacy.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Desirable bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR development employee retention coaching advising or mentoring.
- Experience in the technology industry is nice to have
- Expertise in coaching methodologies and professional development strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies compensation structures and retention strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy active listening and analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a personalized and human-centric approach.
- Advanced English proficiency is a must.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach providing personalized guidance to support professional growth soft skills and leadership development.
- Proactively manage employee retention by using tools like ROLA (Risk of Leaving Assessment) to identify risks and execute tailored retention strategies.
- Guide career progression helping employees identify pathways skill-building initiatives and internal opportunities.
- Advocate for well-being conducting coaching sessions focused on work-life balance stress management and personal challenges.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compensation clarity policy guidance and career frameworks in collaboration with HRBPs and Total Rewards.
- Analyze employee feedback through surveys and check-ins to provide actionable insights and advocate for organizational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership HR and technical mentors to ensure holistic employee support and alignment with business goals.
- Document and report on reactive and proactive retention cases for productive employees
