Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate the features of Volkswagen vehicles effectively.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory pricing and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales/customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and inventory is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
