What awaits you
Your main duty will be to provide administrative and accounting support to entities in central and eastern Europe administered by the SSC.
Your responsibilities:
- provide administrative and accounting support to clients administered by the SSC;
- process incoming and outgoing invoices and payment documents according to internal procedures and accounting principles and legislation;
- control verify and prepare invoices for final processing;
- prepare information for financial statements and general ledger;
- communicate with English speaking clients in order to resolve routine queries and problems.
Personality requirements and skills:
- good communication skills in English - B2 level and higher;
- experience in a similar or an accounting position is an advantage;
- sense of detail and precision required;
- strong organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities tostay technical and relevant;
- self-starter capable of deciding what needs to be done without being told;
- ability to work as part of a team whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability;
- to share and collaborate creating a positive team spirit.
