Job Summary
Experience in Playwright / SeleniumSpecflow/ReqNroll or similar BDD frameworkJIRA (or equivalent)Confluence (or equivalent)General:6-9 yrs QE testing experience with a demonstrable track record on large greenfield projects Test Automation Strategy & Best Practices Ability to assess when to use automation vs. manual testing based on risk ROI and test & Integration Testing Hands-on experience with standard industry tools such as PostmanRisk-Based Testing Decisions Ability to determine which tests should be automated (high-volume regression API) vs. which should remain manual (usability exploratory edge cases).Test Maintenance & Scalability Ensuring automation is sustainable by implementing best practices like self-healing tests modular frameworks and reusable test -Left Testing Embedding automation early in developmentExploratory & Manual Testing Strategy Understanding the value of manual testing in scenarios that require human intuition such as UX accessibility and new feature validationAgile & Scrum Experience Active participation in Agile ceremoniesExcellence in soft skills including communication collaboration and problem solvingAutomation Framework Design Experience building and maintaining robust automation frameworksPipeline & CI/CD experience setting up maintenance and running of pipelines :Performance & Load Testing Familiarity with tools like JMeter Gatling or LoadRunner
