What Youll Do

o   Support project teams in the preparation of technical drawings and documentation from schematic design through tender and construction.

o   Develop detailed landscape construction drawings (2D and 3D) including grading planting hardscape details and schedules.

o   Coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency accuracy and constructability.

o   Assist with permit submissions agency coordination and responses to technical comments.

o   Preparation of 2D and 3D presentation materials.

o   Maintain organized project files and contribute to quality control and documentation standards.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

o   Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture Technology or a related field.

o   2 years of professional experience supporting landscape architecture or urban design projects.

o   Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

o   Experience with Civil 3D MicroStation SketchUp or other 3D/BIM tools

o   Exposure to public realm projects such as parks streetscapes transit facilities campuses or municipal infrastructure is preferred.

o   Clear communicator both written and verbal.

o   Well organized able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
