Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Pontiac United States location! Were looking for a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and various shifts as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers
- Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
