Job Summary
- Sets up the steamtable on time to prevent delays in the tray line.
- Ensures food temperatures are maintained at appropriate temperatures per state and federal regulations; monitors temperatures throughout meal service.
- Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
- Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing seasoning cooking tasting carving and serving soups meats vegetables desserts and other food for consumption in eating establishments.
- Instructs attendants in regard to menu offerings and/or menu changes.
- Practices standards of food sanitation infection control and quality assurance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in quantity food production.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Maryland Food Handlers Certificate preferred.
