Demelza is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our busy Estates Department. This is a key role providing essential administrative support to ensure our buildings and wider estate operate smoothly safely and efficiently.
You will deliver a high level of customer service to colleagues contractors and other stakeholders acting as the first point of contact for Estates enquiries across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include receiving prioritising and allocating incoming work requests ensuring tasks are directed appropriately to the Estates engineering team. You will manage a variety of telephone calls with tact and discretion resolving queries where possible and escalating matters when required.
This role also involves liaising with external contractorsrequesting quotations arranging site visits and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place before works commence.
This is a fixed-term position lasting approximately 1218 months.
