The Opportunity:

Avantor freut sich mit sofortigem Start auf einen Logistik Service Associate (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Inventory Services Teams.

Diese Rolle eignet sich am besten für Personen die bereits Erfahrung in der Logistik aus einem geregelten Umfeld (bevorzugt GMP) mitbringen und gerne in die Pharmawelt einsteigen möchten.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Arbeitsort wäre unser Kundenstandort ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Basel. Arbeitszeiten: Montag-Freitag; Start zwischen 07:00-07:30 und danach täglich 8 Stunden (40 Stunden/Woche)

Das bringen Sie mit

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre zum Logistiker oder Laborant (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Berufserfahrung:

Erste Erfahrung in der Logistik insbesondere im Umgang mit Chemikalien oder sonstigen Gefahrgütern
IT Kenntnisse (Excel Outlook MS Office etc.)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise
GMP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Bewirtschaftung der Laborlager / Point of Uses: Bestandskontrolle Bestellungen auslösen Warenent-und annahme Inventurerfassung usw.
Entsorgung von verschiedenen Abfällen gemäß Richtlinien wie z.B. Glaswaren Papier Lösemittel Chemische & Biologische Abfälle (LENTSO BL1/BL2) etc.
Koordination mit anderen Dienstleistern (z.B. Reinigungsfirma für Laborkleidung Geräte Service- und Reparaturen Versand)
Waschen von Glas- und Plastikwaren
Sterilisieren von Laborutensilien (z.B. Flaschen Pipetten)
Überprüfung / Kalibrierung von Geräten nach Anweisung und Intervallplan (z.B. Waagen Kühlschränke Augenduschen Notfallduschen GxP Richtlinien befolgen)
Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von SOPs der verschiedenen Servicetätigkeiten
