The Vet Office is recruiting a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) on behalf of a progressive and well-equipped small animal clinic based in Clondalkin Dublin.

This role is ideal for a veterinary nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience who has a genuine interest in advanced procedures including endoscopy minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery dentistry and feline medicine.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a passionate forward-thinking clinical team working alongside a veterinary surgeon with advanced certifications in endoscopy endo-surgery feline medicine and surgery.

The practice offers both general practice and referral-level services providing an excellent learning environment for nurses who want to develop advanced skills while remaining supported within a friendly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical and surgical patients

  • Assist with advanced procedures including endoscopy minimally invasive surgery and dentistry

  • Support patient monitoring anaesthesia diagnostics and inpatient care

  • Maintain accurate clinical records

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

  • Work closely with the veterinary and nursing team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience

  • Strong nursing fundamentals and patient care skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable

  • Interest in endoscopy minimally invasive surgery and advanced nursing

  • Experience with feline-focused care or dentistry
