Salary: 22368.88 - 23858.36 Per Annum (24314 - 25933 Full-Time Equivalent) Depending on Experience & Qualifications
St Lukes Hospice is seeking a compassionate experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our End-of-Life Urgent Care Service (EOLUCS). In this vital role you will work alongside our Registered Nurses as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting patients and their families during the most important moments of life.
About the Role
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant you will play a key part in supporting community-based endoflife patients to remain in their preferred place of care helping prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. You will contribute to holistic individualised care and work closely with internal and external professionals to ensure seamless joinedup support for patients and carers.
Must hold a full drivinglicense.
