JOB SUMMARY

As theAssociateManager of Performance Marketing youllsupportthe strategic development and execution ofinitiativesto attract new customers and build loyalty with existing customers.You will flex your current channel expertise andgrow into new areas as wellincludingadvertising email and lead generation/acquisition.Youll also leverage your industryinterestand business acumentomanage the execution of CRM media and acquisition plays from development to implementation leading to achievethe best business results.A natural collaborator youllpartner with internal teams and externalteamstohelpachieveacquisition and retentionretailgoals.Create reporting and analyze data to continue to optimize our acquisition and retention strategies for all Sunnyside locations nationwide in service of driving tickets increasing basket size attracting new customers and frequency of visits

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Executepaid media function for SunnysideCresco Labsnational retailbrand creating andexecutingtraditional and digitaladcampaigns to drivetickets andbuild baskets.
  • Utilizeexternalagencieson day-to-daymanagementsupport of campaigns in-flight and in progress.
  • Ensure execution ofcampaign launchtimelinesandmediaactivationwiththe internal teamagenciesand on amedia recommendation to campaign launchsupportinternal and externalstakeholderstostay on track tohit in-marketlaunchdates.
  • Implement and drivenational & regionalemail and text marketinginitiativestoincrease tickets and lift ticket includeslist building initiativesdevelopingorenhancingautomatedcampaignsandcollaborating the shape andreshapebest practices tocascade toregional marketing teams.
  • Managethecontinueddevelopment ofSunnysides lead generationprograms including medical patient to manage theexistingvendors toenhance theirpay-for-performancemodeland drive added value while helping to source new opportunities for acquisition plays including execution across multiplestatestodeliver measurable results.
  • Compiledata and insights formonthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports team toidentifyKPIsand continue to improve measurementframeworkand touchpoints.
  • Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholdersonsegmentation and targeting approach for Sunnyside marketing channels.
  • Identifyand evaluateperformancemarketing informed ofcannabisindustry activities as well asnewmarketingapproaches resourcesopportunitiesand best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnersand agencyteams to ensuretimely& qualitycreative asset lead generationisthefocal point of creative execution.
  • Responsible for tracking andupdatingofbudgetandspendchanges. This also includes invoice managementand reconciliation.
  • Act asnationalsubject matter expert for CRM media and acquisition solutions while enhancing knowledge and skills of cross-functional partners.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
  • 3 years of experience in media planning/analysis
  • 2 years of experience inemail/text marketingworkflow/customer journey experience is a plus
  • Currentchannelexpertiseandexperience in learning new methods ofadvertising email and lead generation/acquisition
  • Retail CPGexperiencepreferredinclusive of experience withdirect-to-consumertactics
  • Experienceplanning and/or managingtraditional paid media channels (print out-of-home direct mail)
  • Experienceplanningand directingdigital media including a deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools ( Servers Google AnalyticsAd Wordsetc.)
  • Experience withemail and text marketing platformstrategy( Alpine IQ)
  • Strong numericaland analyticalskills required resulting in communication ofinsightsto influence future actions and programs
  • Strong communicationskillsarerequiredto concisely convey ideas and drive collaboration amongst cross-functional partnershipsto achieve clear strategies and seamless executionof programs(exceptional listening skills persuasive and professional communicator)
  • Ability to manage several concurrent activities and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment witha track recordofsupportingprocesses fromstart to finish
  • Genuine interest in and passion for the cannabis industry isrequired

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location market compensation data skills experience and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$80000 - $85000 USD
