In this role you will:
- Pick package and process all branch and technician restock
- Stage nightly restock & service call orders for shipment to various Branch offices
- Deliver Madison parts to designated drop sites
- Conduct routine physical inventory including posting and closing counts
- Verify and receive in parts from vendors
- Prioritize work to address emergency parts orders as needed
- Place parts for technicians in proper locations to ship via the truck to the branches or place on shelf to send UPS to the technicians
- Upon PO receipt properly identify items to be returned for warranty or core parts that need to be returned and attach the appropriate return labels
- Create bin locations electronically for parts needed
- Responsible for ensuring the most efficient placement of high usage parts
- Replenish parts stock bins as needed (from overflow stock)
- Recycle cardboard packing materials and other items as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
- Put away parts into assigned bin locations
- Assist with other positions as needed
You should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to be insured under company insurance requirement for driving company vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks both effectively and efficiently
- Excellent driving record
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
