Position Summary
TheBar Leadstocksand oversees the execution of all beverage services within the Food & Beverage department.The primary function of this role is to providesupportand oversightofalcoholic beverages for allstadiumevents.This position will providebartender supportandenforce alcoholbeverage serving agepromote efficiency and abide by sanitation practices. This is a hands-on position and will require physically setting up bars and bar coolers setting up backup beverage stations and lifting beverage equipment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00-18.00

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation quality control and oversight ofalcoholic beverages andbarsrelatedtoall stadiumfunctions.
- Adheres to andmonitorssanitation practicesrelativetoall stadiumfunctions includingbeverageproduction and holdingdatingand labeling etc.
- Willassistwithbarinventoriesconsumptionsheets andmonthlyinventories.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of beverage equipment bars and storage areas.
- Ensures proper handling of all equipment (i.e.china glassware silverware linen and props) and their proper storage after use.
- Assistsin performing routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Responsible for leading small teams during beverage preparation and production in addition to training and leading bartenders forsetup and events.
- Supervision of bartenders watching for overpouring quality control and bar safety
- Regularlyreviewschedulesfor changes calendar of events andspecial events.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliableattendancewill require a varied schedule of days nightweekendsandpossibly holidays.
- Performs other duties as.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six monthsrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years foodservice/hospitality experience; similar venue experiencea plus.
- Ability to read and speak English may berequiredin order toperform the duties of the job ( associates maybe requiredto communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Mustbe 21 years or older to apply.
KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:
- Ability to communicate with employees co-workers volunteers managementstaffand guests in a clearprofessionaland courteous manner which fosters a positiveenthusiasticand cooperative work environment.
- Ability to make sound business/operations decisions (i.e.regardingemployee placement staffing adjustments and/or respond to technical product or equipment challenges during an event) quickly and under pressure.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment.
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of all existing concession locations: geographical location equipment evacuation procedures adjacent employee and guest areas and facility access.
- Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required by Provincial or local government a plus.
- Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements food preparation guidelines alcohol service policies safety standards etc.pertaining tovenue concession operations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition subtraction multiplication division percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions cashreconciliationand product inventory.
- Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity professionalismethicsand confidentiality.
Physical Dimensions:
- Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
- Routine activities require the employee to be able to reach with hands and arms sit walk stoop kneel crouch and crawl.
- The employee isfrequentlyrequired tolift upto 50 pounds.
- The vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus peripheralvisionand close vision.
Working Conditions & Hazards
- Exposed to weather and non-weather-relatedcoldtemperatures.
- In areas with low levels of COexposure.
- Wet and slipperyfloors.
- Extreme hotsurfaces.
- Pinch points and tight working spaces throughouttheproperty.
- Exposed to high noise levels.
