Role Overview
We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to work remotely from Greece supporting a variety of international brands across different industries. This role is ideal for candidates looking to relocate to Greece or already based there and who enjoy working in a dynamic multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking customers

  • Handle inquiries related to products and services for different brands

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Guide customers clearly through solutions and next steps

  • Escalate complex or technical cases when necessary

  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)

  • Good command of English (B2 level)

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools

  • Willingness to work early morning shifts (depending on project needs)

  • EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit
