We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to work remotely from Greece supporting a variety of international brands across different industries. This role is ideal for candidates looking to relocate to Greece or already based there and who enjoy working in a dynamic multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking customers
Handle inquiries related to products and services for different brands
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Guide customers clearly through solutions and next steps
Escalate complex or technical cases when necessary
Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
Good command of English (B2 level)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Willingness to work early morning shifts (depending on project needs)
EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit
