The Autism Care Intake Specialist plays a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy by managing intake workflows reviewing required information and ensuring readiness for care.

This role requires hands-on experience in ABA or autism care and strong coordination skills. You will balance administrative accuracy with compassionate communication helping families feel supported while keeping intake records complete and organized.

Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage due to the population served.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate intake for new ABA patients
Review referrals intake forms and required documentation
Communicate intake progress and requirements to families
Maintain accurate records in intake and tracking systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intake gaps
Use Spanish when appropriate for family communication
Ensure intake workflows remain organized and timely

What You Bring

Required: Experience in autism services ABA coordination or behavioral health intake
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Clear English communication (written and spoken)
Comfortable working with intake systems and workflows
Spanish fluency preferred
Detail-oriented and patient-focused
