This is not a classic enterprise Salesforce admin role. Youll operate as a builder and systems owner sitting at the intersection of Salesforce data and GTM tooling. Youll design workflows reporting and integrations that power our revenue engine.
Youll join at a foundational moment: Salesforce is launching and youll absorb day-one knowledge while helping build the system from a blank canvas.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce fundamentals:
- Reporting dashboards workflow automation
- Custom fields objects and process builder/flows
- Experience with CRM data and GTM workflows
- HubSpot Salesforce integration experience
Strong Plus
- Clay power user or experience with enrichment tools
- Comfortable using modern AI tools
- Experience with systems that sync into Salesforce
Nice to Have
- Basic Salesforce development (Apex SOQL)
- Data analytics experience
- Hex or BI dashboarding
- GTM engineering exposure
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce workflows objects fields and automations
- Own Salesforce reporting including:
- Enterprise vs. mid-market segmentation
- Deal size by rep pipeline velocity conversion metrics
- Support and optimize HubSpotSalesforce sync
- Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce including:
- Clay (data enrichment workflows)
- AI-powered GTM tools
- Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership
- Partner with product data and engineering teams to scale GTM systems
