Our client a well-established company in the construction sector is currently seeking a reliable and organised Operations Clerk to support their day-to-day operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the operations and site teams

Handle documentation related to projects suppliers and subcontractors
-
Assist with scheduling coordination and tracking of site activities
-
Maintain accurate records files and reports
-
Process invoices delivery notes and basic procurement documentation
-
Liaise with suppliers clients and internal departments
-
Ensure tasks are completed in line with company procedures and deadlines
Requirements
-
Must be currently living in Malta
-
Previous experience in an operations or administrative role (construction industry experience is considered an asset)

Strong organisational and time-management skills
-
Good written and spoken English (Maltese is an asset)

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Detail-oriented reliable and able to work independently
