On behalf of our client we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Coordinator to support our client remotely. This role ensures smooth operations accurate record-keeping and excellent tenant relations. The ideal candidate is proactive adaptable and skilled in administrative and operational tasks related to property management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lease & Tenant Management:
- Draft review and execute new lease agreements.
- Process tenant applications and verify that all documentation is complete.
- Verify tenant utilities and track renters insurance compliance.
- Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies coordinating with finance or collections as needed.
- Property Operations & Compliance:
- Review unit inspections and follow up on required maintenance or repairs.
- Prepare rental comparable and market analysis reports.
- Manage and maintain current business licenses ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Ad Hoc & Administrative Support:
- Assist with special projects or requests from management.
- Generate reports maintain files and support general administrative needs.
- Coordinate with vendors contractors or other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in property management tenant management real estate administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of leasing tenant relations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required before onboarding.
Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Pacific Time
Pay: $800 55 allowance per month
