Job Summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead our Emergency Services department at our location in Fort Walton Beach FL. As a leader in our organization you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care. As the Registered Nurse Director you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Emergency Services department including managing staff developing and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will work closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of safe efficient and effective care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership and direction to the Emergency Services department - Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes - Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and make necessary changes to ensure optimal efficiency - Oversee the hiring training and development of staff and provide ongoing support and guidance - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe and healthy work environment - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices and evidence-based protocols - Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida - Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency services with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong clinical knowledge and experience in emergency care - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals - Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare policies and procedures - Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan paid time off and opportunities for professional development and growth.
