About the Role

We are seeking mission-driven Staff Software Engineers to join a fast-growing high-impact team building a platform that empowers independent business owners and entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity to work in a high-ownership fast-paced environment where you will make meaningful contributions from day one.

As a Staff Engineer you will take end-to-end ownership of building new products and features influencing product direction and mentoring teammates all while working with a modern tech stack and solving complex scalability challenges.

Responsibility

• Build new products and features from 0 1.

• Take ownership of projects from conception to production ensuring modular maintainable and high-quality code.

• Deliver value to end users across the system while maintaining a high bar for code quality testing and design discussions.

• Shape product direction by gathering user feedback and collaborating in feature brainstorms and roadmap planning.

• Mentor junior engineers and elevate the skills and expertise of those around you.

• Contribute to team growth by interviewing candidates referring top engineers and helping improve engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8 years building applications at top-tier startups or MAANG companies.

• Product Impact: Demonstrated history of shipping or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products.

• Domain Expertise: Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • AI Agents or AI automation

  • Growth engineering / Product-Led Growth (PLG)

  • B2C ordering payments POS or commerce platforms

  • Loyalty programs or lifecycle marketing tech

  • High-visibility mobile apps used by millions

  • Data analytics products

• Technical Skills: Typescript React Native Kotlin or JavaScript. Active GitHub or side projects a plus.

• Education: Bachelors in Computer Science (or related field).

• Soft Skills: Clear communicator collaborative kind optimistic passionate about building great products for users.
