The Role
Youll be working in a friendly first-opinion practice where trust autonomy and common sense are the norm. This is a role for a vet whos comfortable making decisions enjoys managing their own day and wants flexibility without sacrificing clinical standards.
You wont be micromanaged. You will be supported.
What Youll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality small animal consultations and routine surgery

Confidently managing cases including periods of sole charge

Building strong long-term client relationships

Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team

Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
What Were Looking For

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Comfortable with some sole charge work

Calm capable and clinically confident

A team player who values flexibility and balance
