The IT & Solutions Manager will oversee the design deployment security and ongoing optimization of the clients teleradiology and digital health infrastructure. This role ensures reliable connectivity with healthcare partners secure medical image exchange and compliance with healthcare regulatory frameworks. The candidate will lead technology operations architecture governance cybersecurity initiatives and digital transformation projects across clinical and enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Architecture & Systems Integration
Lead enterprise architecture for teleradiology platforms including PACS RIS VNA storage reporting systems and workflow engines.
Manage HL7 DICOM APIs and secure data exchange interfaces between the cleint and healthcare facilities.
Oversee deployment & maintenance of cloud/hybrid/on-prem infrastructures and secure connectivity (VPN MPLS encrypted channels).
Ensure seamless onboarding of new hospitals imaging centers and clinical sites.
Define system capacity planning scalability models load balancing and redundancy strategies.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks in alignment with HIPAA Saudi PDPL and international healthcare security standards.
Implement end-to-end encryption access control policies MFA PAM and zero-trust practices.
Lead disaster recovery backup strategy high-availability setup and business continuity planning (RTO/RPO targets).
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments penetration tests and forensic readiness planning.
Maintain audit trails incident logs and security governance documentation.
- Project Delivery & Technology Governance
Lead IT implementation for new services corporate initiatives and large-scale client deployments.
Establish SOPs technical manuals documentation standards and knowledge repositories.
Oversee vendor relationships for software platforms cybersecurity tools cloud services and communication infrastructure.
Monitor uptime latency system performance and service SLAs.
Manage licensing strategy technology procurement and budgeting
-Clinical IT Enablement
Work closely with radiologists and clinical operations teams to optimize workflows.
Coordinate system updates PACS rules routing protocols and AI engines to support clinical workflows.
Enable AI applications decision-support systems and advanced visualization tools.
- Team Leadership
Manage IT engineering team NOC support and field technical staff.
Conduct capability development training and performance management.
Establish high-performance secure patient-centric IT culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
6 years in IT systems and network management
Demonstrated experience in enterprise systems integration cybersecurity programs and infrastructure scaling.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and digital health standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Deep knowledge of PACS/RIS/DICOM/HL7 environments
Proven skills in cybersecurity cloud architecture and networking
Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead complex deployments under high-pressure mission-critical conditions.
Manage IT engineering team NOC support and field technical staff
Conduct capability development training and performance management
