What Youll Do
- Lead safe creative and effective group fitness sessions for diverse participants
- Design classes that are engaging challenging and adaptable for all levels
- Motivate clients with energy coaching and positive reinforcement
- Modify exercises to accommodate limitations and ensure safety
- Manage class flow timing and group engagement
- Maintain professionalism punctuality and brand representation
- Represent GYMGUYZs core values Determination Respect Integrity Versatility and Excellence (DRIVE) in every session
What You Bring
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA ACE NASM or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 1 year experience leading group classes or small-group training
- Strong communication leadership and motivational skills
- Understanding of exercise science safety and form correction
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Positive energy and passion for helping people reach their goals
