The Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable steady and professional caregiver to support clients who smoke inside the home. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a smoking environment can maintain professionalism and can provide high-quality care even when conditions are less traditional or ideal.

If you are adaptable nonjudgmental and able to maintain boundaries while supporting clients respectfully this could be a great fit.

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills

• Able to keep the home clean and safe despite smoking activity

• Reliable and able to follow care plans consistently

Shifts / Schedules:

• Full-time or part-time options available

• 8 and 9 hour shifts

• Consistent ongoing schedule

Your Role Includes:

• Assisting with bathing grooming and hygiene

• Light housekeeping (especially odor management/basic cleaning)

• Preparing simple nutritious meals and snacks

• Supervising safety in the home environment

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and supportive interaction

• Completing documentation and daily care notes

Requirements:

• HCA CNA or NAC certification

• Current CPR and Food Safety certification

• Valid ID and Social Security card

• Current TB test

• Reliable ethical and professional work practices

• Ability to work comfortably around regular indoor smoking

Compensation & Benefits:

• $26.00 per hour

• Overtime at 1.5x and holiday pay
