Job Summary
Leidosis pursuing the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract andcurrently hasan opening for aServiceNowManagersupportingAWS Azure Google and Oracle clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience help modernize a leading global-scalemulti-cloud environmentin support of a critical mission supporting USAF system resiliency security and cost effectiveness.
Location:
These positions will behybrid remote. Candidates willbe requiredto work onsite as needed. Preferred candidates will belocatednear Hanscom AFB (Boston MA) or work in Huntsville AL.
Primary ResponsibilitiesInclude:
Lead a group of5-15ServiceNowengineers to fulfill the requirements for the program
Install ServiceNow product/modules
Lead initiative to integratecommercial software into ServiceNow
Design/configure/develop/integrateproduct/modulesto meet business needs
Lead the implementation ofself-servicecatalog on ServiceNow.
Createmaintainand enhance Dashboards and reporting including scheduled reports
Create andmaintainForms Reports Views Workflows Groups and Roles
Assistwith creation and cataloging of business process flows
Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates and unit test their software and perform code reviews
Technical Leadership
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Present architectural designs and recommendations to executive leadership
Mentor guide and supervise teamsfor related activities
Lead reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff fostering a learning environment
Act as theServiceNowengineeringmanager to assess employee performance hire new employees and ensure compliance with corporate training requirements
MinimumQualifications
Bachelorsandeight (8)years or more of experience;Mastersand six (6)years or more of experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
5 years of prior experience managing/leading teams/projects
Interim Secret clearanceto start; Ability to obtain Secret clearancetomaintainemployment
US citizenship
Certifications: CompTIA Security or equivalent (IAT-2)
Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment
Strong documentation communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity withDevSecOpsprinciples and practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
Excellent customer service skills with experience working in a customer-facing position
Experience with ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
Cloud certificationsin AWS Azure Google or Oracle clouds
ServiceNow certification(s)
