Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-teaching staff ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role involves collaborating with the marketing department on recruitment campaigns directly sourcing and selecting candidates and managing relationships with agencies. It also includes tracking recruitment progress preparing reports coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
