Position Detail

• Duke Lifepoint is hiring a full-time Gastroenterologist to float between 2 Duke LifePoint Hospitals

• Frye Regional Medical Center - Hickory NC (1 hour from Charlotte Asheville & Winston Salem)

• Haywood Regional Medical Center- Clyde NC( 25minutes from Asheville)

• Spearhead the development of a newly formed Travel Position

• 1 employer - No locums companies

• 1 contract

• Schedule: 7 on 7 off Block between two desirable locations in North Carolina

• 7 days at FRMC

• 7days off

• 7days at HRMC

• 7days off

• No requirement to relocate

• Procedural Based

• Inpatient Consultation and ED coverage only

• Exclusive Block Time in Endo suites orOR

• NO CLINIC requirement

• Hospitals are equipped with General GI and ERCP scopes

• Support

• Care Team supported by Advanced Practice Providers to manage clinic visits

• Certified Medical Assistant assigned to the physician for patient care coordination
