Senior Lead Analyst Lifecycle Services

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Own production support for business applications by triaging analyzing and resolving system issues to ensure stability and reliable daytoday operations.
• Perform manual testing and create detailed test cases to validate system changes against business and functional requirements.
• Design build execute and maintain automated test cases to improve test coverage reduce manual effort and support reliable system releases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements assess impacts and validate solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support system enhancements upgrades and releases by participating in planning testing cutover and postrelease validation activities.
• Analyze defects recurring issues and test results to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening testing practices automation coverage and overall system quality.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or related courses.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology with a primary focus on business analysis application support or system delivery.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise business applications including analyzing system issues validating changes and working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Handson experience with manual testing including creation and execution of test cases to validate system and business changes.
• Experience designing or executing automated test cases to support system quality and release readiness.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience designing or maintaining automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems and integrations particularly customer order or lifecyclerelated processes
• Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile delivery environments is a plus.
• Exposure to process improvement automation initiatives or quality engineering practices.
• Experience working with global teams or stakeholders across regions.
