We are seeking a candidate to handle technical customer support for our line of electronic locking systems and related Windows based software. Ideal candidate has experience in installing and maintaining software as well as simple computer networking skills. Additionally the candidate will participate in product testing. Candidate needs to have good communication skills; as end customers interaction will be required.

Position Responsibilities:

Answering phones to assist customers with troubleshooting issues
Participate in product testing

Skills Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

Ability to handle technical customer support for our electronic locking system and related windows-based software
Ability to install and maintain software
Computer networking skills
Have effective communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing/Sitting: Tasks are performed in an office environment on a computer for a full-time shift
Walking:Moderate walking of distances up to 1 mile around the facility.
Environment: Working environment in a manufacturing company in an office setting including noise from the plant such as forklifts compressed air CNC machining and automation equipment.
