Job Summary
Were seeking a dynamic Design Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles and trends with proficiency overseeing and coordinating the design process. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with different departments guide a team of designers and ensure the company vision is maintained while meeting client needs.
Job PurposeThe Design Manager will be instrumental in leading and coordinating the design process. This role plays a crucial part in the innovation and vision of the company guiding the design team and fostering a closer working relationship with other departments. The Design Manager ensures that the respective projects are delivered promptly and adhere strictly to the budget.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the design process aligning it with the companys vision and meeting client needs.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to effectively guide a team of designers.
- Maintain effective communication and good working relationships with other departments.
- Stay updated on and implement latest design principles and trends to drive innovation.
- Exhibit a high proficiency in project management ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
