SENCo to lead and develop whole-school SEND provision
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join a well-regarded independent school in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent position. The successful SENCo will be responsible for leading SEND provision across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to support KS5 pupils where required.
The school places a strong emphasis on inclusion pastoral care and individualised support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENCo or a skilled SEND professional looking to work in an independent school environment with smaller class sizes and strong staff support. Applications are welcomed from experienced SENCo practitioners and qualified teachers with a strong background in SEND.

Qualified SENCo with experience in a secondary school setting
NASENCo qualification (or willingness to complete)
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes
A formal teaching qualification with QTS (or equivalent)
