Missions

As part of strengthening our Consulting team in Paris and ensuring our customers are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions we are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Consultant Intern with front-end dev skills.

Under the leadership of a Lead Technical Account Manager you will be in charge of supporting our customers in France and abroad in the implementation of their daily optimization projects. You will mainly be involved in the following missions:

Participate in customer projects as the technical referent of our solutions: in close collaboration with a front-end expert and a Kameleoon Customer Success Manager you will ensure the proper technical framing of the project: validation of the customers brief estimation of the implementation time and support for the implementation of the project
Provide technical solutions to our customers problems including analyzing and contributing to the debugging/diagnosis of the JavaScript code delivered by Kameleoon
Train users with a technical background on the client side to become autonomous on the platform and in the use of Kameleoon APIs and SDKs
Demonstrating the technical architecture of our solutions in customer meetings
Participate in Front-End development (mainly JavaScript and HTML/CSS possibly NodeJS depending on the candidates skills) on customer projects
Analyze data and investigate data gaps between Kameleoon and other tools

Profile

What are we looking for

This is an end of studies internship (only Master-level applicants at their last year of studies will be considered) for a 6 month period.

Good command of JavaScript HTML and CSS
Rigor autonomy and proactivity
Good analytical skills synthesis and writing skills allowing you to produce quality deliverables.
You speak English fluently (native-speaker is a plus) and have a good command of French
