About the Team :
The candidate will be part of a department that brings together various competencies to support the business in becoming data-driven. Our strength lies in our close collaboration with internal customers which creates a solid foundation for business understanding and networking. As the team grows there are high demands for shared processes and collaboration and we are all expected to contribute to the development of the business. Our services are often in high demand and we strive to provide quick deliveries. This means that we are constantly looking for opportunities to work more efficiently while maintaining quality. Since we have employees who do not fully master Swedish we switch between Swedish and English on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on internal customers requirements
Interact closely with internal customers and other stakeholders to collect understand and prioritize user stories
Coach and guide the internal customer towards simple and clear BI solutions
Collaborate with data engineers to define requirements for backend solutions
Apply Power BI best practices in e.g. data modeling DAX and dashboard design to ensure efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Power BI
Extensive experience in engaging with various types of stakeholders and quickly understanding their challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience : 5 years ideal.
Power BI is a must and hands-on experience facing internal customers.
Tableau experience is meritorious.
