Land Acquisition Developer Onshore Wind (f/m/d)

With its wind division Axpo develops builds and operates onshore wind farms in all windy regions of Europe and is also active in Romania. The company aims to add a total of 3 gigawatts of wind capacity in Europe by 2030.
Join Axpo Renewable Romania and help shape the future of renewable energy! We are looking for a motivated individual to support the development and realization of onshore wind projects.
What you will do:
Identify and acquire land for wind energy projects primarily in Romania
Build and maintain networks with municipalities associations local decision-makers and authorities.
Analyze regional wind potential together with the team and develop strategies to secure land.
Negotiate lease and purchase agreements within organizational guidelines.
Communicate with landowners and other relevant stakeholders.
What you bring & who you are:
Ideally 5 years of experience in land acquisition preferably in renewable energy projects.
Strong networking skills and a solid understanding of local dynamics and decision-making processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills; fluent in Romanian English is a plus.
Independent and structured working style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Valid driving license (Category B).
