Accessory Designer

Visionary Studio, a leading creative hub in the industry, is seeking an Accessory Designer to join our team in Livingstonia, Malawi. As an Accessory Designer at Visionary Studio, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing and creating innovative accessories that resonate with our brand identity and captivate our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop unique accessory collections from concept to final product.

- Research current fashion trends and consumer preferences to ensure designs are market-relevant.

- Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive collections that align with brand aesthetics.

- Create technical sketches and detailed tech packs for production.

- Source materials and components that meet quality standards and design requirements.

- Communicate regularly with suppliers to oversee sample development and production processes.

- Conduct product quality assessments to maintain brand excellence.

- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design processes.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Accessory Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Strong understanding of accessory construction and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Creative flair and a passion for innovative design.

- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with sustainable materials.

- Knowledge of 3D modeling software.

- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
