Job Summary

Assemblix Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) On-Site Manager to support operations at one of our client locations in Avon IN.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments and enjoys supporting employees clients and operations directly on the floor.

Position Details

Location: Avon IN

Schedule: Monday-Friday Morning/Day Shift starting at 5:30 AM- 2:30pm and occasionally requires the shift to extend to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site point of contact between Assemblix Staffing client leadership and assigned associates

Support warehouse management in maintaining smooth daily operations in a fast-moving environment

Oversee day-to-day people management ensuring productivity attendance and compliance with company and client expectations

Enforce health safety and standard operating procedures consistently

Track and report attendance punctuality and timekeeping issues for Assemblix associates

Drive absence control procedures including monitoring call-offs facility holidays and timekeeping accuracy

Document and escalate employee concerns including attendance issues behavior injuries or policy violations

Coach and engage associates daily to reinforce expectations and performance goals

Assist with new hire orientation training and onboarding as needed

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws

Support corrective actions and help prevent repeat issues

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

1 year of warehouse staffing HR or related experience

1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment

Computer-literate with proficiency in email and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

ADP timekeeping or workforce management experience is a plus

Professional resilient adaptable and confident in managing people and situations on-site
